A man named Ramiro Benitez reported Paris to Los Angeles Superior Court, Wednesday (28/1/2010) last week. Ramiro's report, revealed by the site TMZ.
"I was abused sexually, physically, and money," he writes in his report Ramiro, as reported by Showbiz Spy, Monday (1/2/2010).
Ramiro claimed, being harassed by Paris since 1997. In his report, he also asked for protection on the two sons, the son of 14-year-old and his nephew, 7 years old.
Ramiro is still based on the report, Paris was also called to threaten acts of violence. So, he asked the court to order a movie star 'House of Wax' should not be approached, his home, where she worked, school children and even his car, in a 91.44-meter distance.
